    Chief Executive Officer

    Leads fundraising and the relationships with mine owners, buyers and counsel. Previously led business development at ImpactSoul and RampRate.

  • Erik Hanzlick

    Chief Product Officer

    Designs the deal structure and the token. Product manager at IBM, token advisor at Republic Crypto and blockchain researcher at SDSC.

  • Abi Palli

    Digital Architect

    Builds the platform and its smart contracts. Engineer at IBM, Amazon and Coinbase. His previous startup was acquired by Circle.

  • Tyler Malin

    Legal Engineer

    Leads compliance and structuring. A Cravath lawyer and CFTC fellow who has built and sold two companies.

Etalon Vault works with the people who produce, check and hold the gold. Each party is named in the asset's file once it is confirmed, with the part it owns.

Labs, auditors and technical experts who test claims on their own method and sign what they find.

Legal counsel

Lawyers who shape each agreement, so what a buyer holds is written down in plain terms that hold up.

Delivery partners

Refiners and vault operators who turn mine output into allocated bars and keep them safe in the buyer's name.
